Our phones have calendars, alerts, timers, and every sort of tracking device known to man.

The reminders of our good fortune are the best triggers for our contentment and happiness.

We've got lots of tasks, planning, meetings, and other assorted responsibilities all earmarked with varying degrees of performance.

What I'm talking about is far more simplistic and warranted. Taking time every day and using tools to build a gratitude and abundance mindset.

Constantly thinking and reminding ourselves of what we have to do and don't have is counterproductive to attaining what we're after.

Say, think, and write your reminders of gratitude and lo and behold you may just find yourself a reminder of your gifts.
